have anyone try to renew motor insurance at takaful malaysia (not to be confused with takaful-ikhlas) and get cash back?

Are you referring to Etiqa takaful? If yes, then it is eligible for Cashback as online.

i have the visa signature and applied for the quantum card via email to cs two weeks ago but have not heard back since. is this normal?

u renew via motor insurance at takaful malaysia onlne will get cash back pb cc vs , online get 6% cb and get 15% cb on no claim total 21% cash back .

-15% discount, then 6% rebate, the final saving is 20.1%, not 21%.
Using Etiqa Takaful (Motortakaful), you get 10% discount, 1-2years later you will get a surplus refund (subject to performance of Etiqa Takaful).

Using Takaful malaysia get 10% discount first year go to branch and second year can renew online( if first year u buy agent second year can not renew online .)
renw online get 6% and after 1 year not claim wait 3 mth get back 15% on u buy amount . total 21% but wait 15 mth

My statement date is 22nd every month. When I applied for the Quantum cards, I received the cards around 10th of the month and I start spent in order to get the cashback for the statement dated 22nd in the same month. As your case, they didn't give the cashback, hence I complaint to customer service said was unfair to loyalty customer whereby the total statement days is more than 42days (12days + 30 days) cycle for the cashback. The customer service who answered my call are unwilling to give the cashback, i told her just log the case to the management and appeal for it, eventually the management approved the request and I get the cashback

yes, all facing similar issues normally get the cashback earned during the partial-month (pre-1st statement)

must file a strong complaint to them.

I need help to pay online for Streamyx.

I am on auto debit to enjoy the RM2 rebate. Usually, I will manually pay online for credit card cash backs. Recently, I'm having difficulty to make payments manually. Anyone knows how?
