“Qualified Retail Transactions” shall include all local and overseas retail
spending, online purchases and new Zero Interest Instalment Plan (ZIIP) full
purchase amount (not monthly instalment) and excludes the transactions that

balance transfer, auto-debit, recurring payments, payments for utilities,

withdrawal, quasi cash, casino transaction, interest payments, late
payment fees, finance charges, annual fees, reversals, payment to

i am a bit confuse with bold part.

if I use Quantum Master and swipe RM100 in a restaurant, Quantum Master will give me 5% dining cash back. Will this count as “Qualified Retail Transactions” or not for this “PB Cash Back 4 U” Promotion?

no, the question was for previous "Get Rewarded".

CB4U not yet even posted for week 1.

cb for quantum is a CARD FEATURE, not promo to begin with.

this exclusion is for any ongoing cashback PROMO that runs concurrently with CB4U PROMO.
