Not everyone is so free to go to PTPTN office to do the business.
They don't open during weekends except those at UTC.
I would like to stress that not that I don't pay a single cent at all.
In fact, I did pay extra but their stupid system won't offset the outstanding amount.
As of now, I had made 3 extra repayment amounts.
I also have reduced my CL on my CIMB to cater for this. In fact a total of RM 10k reduction.
It's OK. I'm sick and tired of MBB.
Once BT ended, I'll cancel the Ikhwan card, move out my FD once they matures and change my car insurances away from Etiqa.
you can call the ptptn hotline, you will get an agent to help you. you may ask for his/her advice, they can do adjustment for you (i.e to channel the funds as payment to outstanding). they have a KPI to meet so they are quite helpful.
secondly, maybe you should get a credit report from BNM and see what it looks like. process is quite easy nowadays, it can be done by email and then get password from phone call.
