Anyone with similar experience knows if I can make an advance payment to purchase something which cost more than my given credit limit on my Maybank credit card?
Example
Credit Limit: 10000
Interbank Transfer: 10000
When I do the interbank transfer, will my available credit be at 20000 in this scenario? I know some banks will just park the advance/excess payment under the card’s balance which makes it a negative balance but does not increase the available credit.

Does Maybank block card usage abroad by default and we have to call to inform that we’ll be out of the country? I find that some banks block while some don’t.

What I hope they can do instead is for SST to be charged per cardholder per issuer instead. Example I can be holding 5 different conventional cards from Maybank but will be sharing the same credit limit, having more cards per issuer with the same credit limit across all the cards won’t allow me to spend more anyway.
Or if they would like to implement back SST charged a percentage from the annual fee just like the GST era again.
