internal smile.gif

QUOTE(popiah04 @ May 3 2007, 06:42 PM)
i would suggest a pata 5400rpm. main purpose is to store data only right? a 2.5" casing is not that expensive. get good ones, for eg the vantec one cost about rm50-ish. my college mate bought a 120gb with vantec, rm300. i'm not sure about cooler master though. anyway, u can check the pdf price lists to get the latest price.
*
my lookin for internal n my 6400 is sata 5400rpm. Will make my old hdd as a external lor, btw thnx for suggestion abut the ext brand.. icon_rolleyes.gif

dell warranty doesn't cover lost but drop and spoilt , you can claim warranty
for lost or theft , i think you need to buy the warranty separately purchase
either from dell or some other insurance company

u install any new program or driver recently? if u do, reboot ur comp in safe mode, then uninstall it. to reboot in safe mode.. u need to press F8 if not mistaken.. forget dell button d.. but i think it's F8.

if tat x solve ur prob, reinstall ur graphic card driver. it's recommended for u to download the latest driver from the dell web site. normally tis will sove ur prob.

if tat oso cant solve ur prob, mayb it's ur hardware prob d.. it's time for u to call dell helpline d.. the engineers'll b gladly to b at ur service. hope u'r still in ur warranty period. ^^

aiks ~~ , seem that you get me wrongly
i was asking , is there a sticker or something on the original HDD
if take out , it may void that warranty because the sticker is broken
IF there is a sticker , i'm not sure there is a sticker or not

if not i myself plan to get a 120 Gb or 160 biggrin.gif
