Thank you. I have actually read the stickies just now, I am supposed to be sleeping but since I am quite overwhelmed with other activities and jobs, barely got time to do so. Which is why I am still awake now.

Few months ago, I began to go gym. Now my aim is to maintain my way of eating but to continue to slim down by increasing activities, I got my exercises from my karate training. So I wanna tone up my muscle (opps into the muscle toning topic, but it's necessary for me to explain) .

My idea is, increase muscle mass equals to burn more calories. Burn more calories equals to slimming down.

Now the problem is, when i heard the thingy called fat burner, i was interested. Because I want to burn the fat down faster since I am toning my muscle. Got abs.. got nice figure, who don't want?

Then, the side effect seem to be a lot. There are a lot of different kinds and fat burner is to increase metabolism and can be very heaty.

SO when fat burner out, next thing in the list is Whey Protein.

This is because I noticed even though I have been going to gym, i found that my muscle seem to be take more time to tone up. Even my friend said that. Hence he suggested whey protein to expedite the toning process.

I figure if it can expedite means it increase the muscle mass faster hence burn calories faster and so on.

So now I understand where you coming from

Protein Grams: 146
Fat Grams: 68
Carbs Grams: 174
Fiber Grams: 25-34

When all of these macros are added up, you get a total of 1893 calories.

These calories are based on your personal TDEE, which the IIFYM Calculator estimated at 2227

No you have no macros set up before this and you are eating main bantai, so no, you do not follow macros.

I am a foodie too and I do not deprive myself from anything or any occasion. I simply adjust. If you are lazy to calculate then just stay where you are. I don't think you understand the underlaying problem that you are facing now when you are fat and wanting to loose. Hey, I was fat and short once before. I know what went wrong, and calculated the wrong calories was my mistake.

Your brunch and you snack might be well over your TDEE. How to loose if like that? Remember, we are the fat ones. Fat ones do not have the luxury of getting away with eating crap and keep loosing.

Muscles take years to build. Fats take weeks to loose. And supplement stays as supplement, not food. If you do not know what you are eating and how much you are eating, why supplement? Don't waste money. Keep those money to buy food. And your friend's advice has become rubbish at the wrong time.

1 serving of whey is 120kcal. 1 pcs of oreo is 40. 3 oreos is 120. So no, if your diet is like shit, whey is the least likely thing to add to your damage.

My 1st set of abs, with no direct work.

try Duromine...works for me...from 97kg now 62-64kg (depend on my cheese and milk intake)..maintained it for past 1 year, with regular exercise n i still eat everything that i like, eg, cheese,steak..but in small portion..

Dont bother trying duromine, it works only on certain ppl.. duromine is like ICE / METH, you cant sleep and when u dont take the pills anymore.. your body will go overdrive.. you will feel restless, tired, feeling sick.. moody.. depress.. not too mention, whack any food u can see non stop..

Just get Grenade Black ops. and do HIIT training, drink lots of water... or if u want to get results faster, start with the SARMS triple stack - GW 501516 / MK 2886 / S4. You will need to be VERY VERY VERY discipline in your 3 months diet.
