QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Sep 4 2017, 02:03 PM) Karate and Gym. Going into swimming ASAP. Then you dont need supplement. No supplements. Nutrition? No also. Eat economy rice? Mostly I will opt for Chicken Breast and egg in every lunch. At night I drink Milo and eat some light biscuits mostly. Hence, I am slimming down |

QUOTE(dayalan86 @ Sep 5 2017, 03:55 PM) Isn't that steroids? Why kill your body long term over short term goal achievement? If you aim is to be healthy, I'd suggest to stay away from these kind of fat burners which may cause long term side effects. My image of fat burner are those rubbish fat burners on tv ad saying no need to do amything shed 50kg of fats. Not roids. Hence I asked why he put clen into the discussion. |

QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Sep 12 2017, 08:23 PM) my friend recommended me the whey because he said muscle need protein, so better to consume just 1 spoon of whey after work out As I said, if you do not know your macros, you do not know how much extra u need to supplement. A scoop of 20-25g protein from whey wont do you benefit if other stuff you eat is...unknown of their macros. |

QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Sep 13 2017, 02:14 AM) Let me make it really easy for you. If you are serious, go read stickies. I really don't wanna repwat what is already there.1. Purpose The purpose is pretty clear cut, I wanted to know whether there are people who have experienced with fat burner or not. Because I am thinking to consume it to expedite my fat loss goal. 2. Why from Fat Burner to Whey? Since we are discussing about fat burner which is a supplement, of course it will lead to Whey, because besides discussing here, definitely I also discussed with my friend about it. Fat burner, Whey and Amino Acid. 3. You just pointed it out yourself very frankly. You said it was wasting time to follow my so called "Friend" advice. Now I tell you this right on you, without opening this thread, I will not realize this. So now see the purpose of this thread. It will not lead to how to build tone muscle, because it's not part of the subject. Supplement. Note: You have contributed nothing in this thread. I didn't realize it because of you. It was because of other helpful forumers which I am grateful and really appreciate their efforts. Particularly lingleeyen. Just because you working out and knew something more than me. You don't need to be a jerk and come here bossing around. You are also a beginner and dunno nothing before. Don't need to go that low. |

QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Sep 14 2017, 02:51 AM) Ok, I understand your answer about no need for whey protein and go for macros. No you have no macros set up before this and you are eating main bantai, so no, you do not follow macros. This is exactly what I am following actually haha. My current objective is simple, I am a foodie, so i am born to eat. I don't like been restricted down to anything. Yea, I also lazy to calculate calories So, for some reason.. i figured that if I eat a lot for my brunch, and just have light meal for dinner like milo with biscuits (yea, i knew all these sugary biscuits got lots of calories) , then I will slim down. This is because I noticed even though I have been going to gym, i found that my muscle seem to be take more time to tone up. Even my friend said that. Hence he suggested whey protein to expedite the toning process. Additional calories will be converted into fats. So if didn't do macros and consume whey may eventually lead to increase of calories intake which resulted having the opposite effect from my initial goal. By the way, when you said you got those 6 packs , without doing any abs related exercise, is it nicely toned 6 packs? Or just like everyone else.. got 6 packs visible on the tummy but yea .. just like that . My apology for going out from the topic but since we are here , might as well just ask. I am a foodie too and I do not deprive myself from anything or any occasion. I simply adjust. If you are lazy to calculate then just stay where you are. I don't think you understand the underlaying problem that you are facing now when you are fat and wanting to loose. Hey, I was fat and short once before. I know what went wrong, and calculated the wrong calories was my mistake. Your brunch and you snack might be well over your TDEE. How to loose if like that? Remember, we are the fat ones. Fat ones do not have the luxury of getting away with eating crap and keep loosing. Muscles take years to build. Fats take weeks to loose. And supplement stays as supplement, not food. If you do not know what you are eating and how much you are eating, why supplement? Don't waste money. Keep those money to buy food. And your friend's advice has become rubbish at the wrong time. 1 serving of whey is 120kcal. 1 pcs of oreo is 40. 3 oreos is 120. So no, if your diet is like shit, whey is the least likely thing to add to your damage. My 1st set of abs, with no direct work. |
