Why would anyone want to stop when its already paid for?
*
The reason is if you had exhausted your UMI quotas and wanted to buy an MB pass instead, you can only do that if there is no pending UMI subscription.

Hi.

Just want to ask for opinion. Currently on Digi plan but no free sms between telcos. Use sms more for communications. Planning to switch to U78 but afraid no coverage or slow connection. Heavy data users so sometimes need to topup data. Thanks for any suggestions. Cheers.

Go to any u mobile service center (dealer can't do I think). Tell them you want refund, and provide them your bank account details. Wait 3 months.

ios sends imessage activation sms to apple's uk number whenever it connects or reconnects to a carrier network. from singapore, each roaming sms would cost around 90+ sen. when not roaming, umobile zero-rates such sms to the uk number.

i believe because of the way the carrier profile for umobile is written, ios will not warn you before sending.

started getting this problem with umobile since the beginning of this year. previously, it was ok.

be warned!

Every telco like that now except for OneXOX. When you topup, the validity will be determined by which is higher. Eg: if your acc exp date is 10 days from now and you topup rm30, your validity will be extended to 30 days. Eg 2: if your acc exp date is 10 days from now and you topup rm5, your validity will still remain for 10 days.

mine:
youtube = ok
tonton = keep interrupt / buffering once in a while
astrogo = buffering 'forever' when loading, but when success loading, its ok

4G, full bars hmm.gif doh.gif
