Is that true the higher floor you are in condo, the speed get worse?
I always thought the other way round..

Until certain floor the signal quality improves, after that it goes worse. It depends on the tower placement elevation and geographical obstacles as well. So it's hard to tell exactly how it will behave.

for example, 1st nov newly activated. expiry on 10th. then I didnt topup until 1st dec, topup rm3. can port out?
