Does umobile charge pay per use mobile data while roaming? I know they have roaming plan, but just want to know in case accidentally shit happens, and I get bill shock..

Hi guys. Need some help. I want to switch from redone to umobile gx50 package. I had received the umobile sim card thru postage but i haven't receive the port out messasge from redone yet. What should I do ?

Just ported in today to Gx50 but the line so terrible. Can't even get 4g, all time h+ even is outdoor

Pj ss2 and damansara uptown area. The thing is i tried prepaid can get 4g with nice speed. This postpaid is like another story.

You need to SMS first for 4G activation...

The 4G LTE eligible customers – prepaid, postpaid and broadband plan users will automatically enjoy 4G LTE services and speed whenever they are within the stated coverage areas with their LTE enabled mobile devices (handset or modem). Ah forgot about this.
But UM has implement auto enable, means if they detect the imei is 4g capable, it will enable for the sim within 5 min or less..

Hope his problem can be solved after send the activation sms.
