Does Umobile any issue with bank TAC number ?

Want to port in but a bit wary of delay in TAC/ not receiving TAC.

Have you called the respective bank to inquire ?

For me, reliable SMS TAC delivery is my no.1 priority in selecting telco other than coverage.

Got myself a prepaid to try out , using iphone here.

Even in full 4G coverage area, my phone is 95% stuck with 3G signal.

Do you guys experience this?

Wifi calling does not work, so as Volte. Hmm.....

Iphone 7.

Probably the network controller not well configured. Experience the same problem 1 year ago when I tried out Umobile. It seems like they have not fixed the issue.

Will complaint to technical team solve this problem?

Did that. Called u mobile. Said my 4G is active. Problem is, I cannot lock to 4G in full coverage area. It will drop to 3G during calls, and will stay until I reset the network. Never encounter this problem with Maxis and digi.

hi guys,

If I purchase GX30 or any internet plan at last day of active period , can i still use internet when the line goes into passive (inactive/ grace) period?
