Hello my umobile sim card suddenly stopped working no matter how many ive restarted my phone/reseat the sim card . My brother's sim which is the same sub line under our family plan is working fine on my phone. Is it possible to go to any umobile center and get a replacement sim card?

Depends on area i guess. If the area is not congested, 3mbps would do just fine (with reasonable expectation, of course).

I do 3 top up today (10+10+5). First rm10, I get 10 days validity, until 18/9 and I make another top up afterwards. However validty period still until 18/9. I thought rm1 = 1 day validty so I should get 25 days rite? Weird

nope. doesn’t work this way. only onexox cumulates validity. others follow topup date or whichever later.

yup, that's why i leaved U to XOX.
You only get validity extend in last day before passive.

I thought same like xox...haizz..Then if topup tommorow, how validty is calculated? So confusing.

Tired of reloading my celcom prepaid just for validity but didn't use it much, figured might aswell port to gx50 online to pay rm40 monthly for unlimited calls and unlimited 5mbps data. I'll buy u prepaid pack today and test it to see how it goes before deciding to port in or not.

Btw for the online port in, i knew for porting to u prepaid i could buy u prepaid pack, apply for porting on the u website and input the new u prepaid sim serial then just use the sim as the port-in sim, but for porting to u postpaid will it be the same or i would need to wait for new sim they posted to me? Anyone know?

you will have to wait. It's fast though - I helped a friend with this and he got his sim via Gdex the next day.

You need to topup RM25 in one transaction if you want to get the 25 days validity.

Umobile at 3g area what is the maximum speed that we get?

depend area and network condition, avg 0.5 till 5Mbps.
Peak hours 1-3 Mbps for me.
