RM 250k for 550 sqft? That's equal to RM 454 PSF. For a Rumawip type development in Cheras.

believe Osk's existing studios next door are only 300k in the open market, ready and without restrictions certainly sounds like a better deal to me.

on another note, is the access road to grand saga the hoarded up part below the new motorcycle lane?

810 is not considered 'dense' in today's definition. Astrum ampang has more than 5k units while skyline at pudu 2214 units.

The commercial area in Youcity is quite dead despite has been there for over 6 years. I don't see success chance for this commi and this project having 630 psf even for a freehold. investment wise is big NO NO. Overpriced as normal big player like HLB.
