Also, mind to share the traffic there, especially to exit from the U3/E9 to highway in the morning, and enter from highway during evening. I am from Kajang but moved to KL already due to the terrible traffic.

This pricing of 6XX psft can sustain around suntex?

icemanfx can you help generate sales status for this project please, kod pemaju 19644. I can't believe with my eyes the incredibly low sales reported. I think the developer hasn't been reporting to KPKT hmm.gif

Price is indeed more expensive than you3 at least for the 1050sqft layout. Plus you3 get more rooms. If you prefer hostel feeling by all means, nearer to MRT as well.

Me prefer better workmanship (hopefully turn out to be as expectation), accessibility to MRT when needed while not being directly linked to MRT, mixed possibly dead shop lot offices development instead of possibly dead mall, better layout than the you3

My 2 cents

Plus You3 you can hardly get good units as they had this RM66 or RM88 booking fee campaign. You can pay a visit to their sales gallery
