Is the lphs affordable unit good for own stay? I have not stayed in high rise before. Is 800 units too dense? Also does lack of swimming pool matters?

I think this part of Cheras is safe from flood. Previous news has only been mentioning Ekocheras area and Batu11.

I suggest you can consider Metro Cheras if you choose LPHS unit. Metro Cheras LPHS unit share facility with other unit, and just 1 station away from Emerald 9.

Metro Cheras total only 670 units, and LPHS only 100++ units within the only 1 block of building.

Emerald Hills alam damai VPed recently and most of the owner complaining.. You guys may check out developer fb page.. the complaint under the post is crazy. It makes ppl think twice if this developer is trustworthy even the brand is big but the workmanship is totally low, heard their main con name Tuj* Set**

Cuoculand reputation gone case with Tuj*h Se** as main con. They are better off if using player like Ker*aya Prosp, Kit@conn, LImm H*o seng, Binasstra or IJMM Cons to name a few

Back to Emerald 9, the developer engaged Awangsa Bina Sdn. Bhd. as their main contractor and its past completed projects includes Sunway Monash residences, Sunway Nexis, Sunway Geo residence 2, Sunway Vivaldi etc.
In terms of piling and earth work, it engaged GDB Geotechnics Sdn. Bhd., past completed projects include Tropicana Gardens, etc.
What do you think?

I "heard" the developer is going to bring in J*** Grocer as anchor tenant and Happy Fish. Any Emerald 9 owner here could provide "details"?

I hope the commercial component can turn out like 163 Retail Park in Mon't Kiarra by focusing 70% on FnB and the rest will follow suit. The chances of success will be higher.
