I am almost sure that I want to get this project as my first property, since I the new block launching soon, should I wait for it? Looking at 890 - 1050 sqft

Booked a last >1000 sqft unit today in Block B because seems like even Block A's view is worse than B.
The SA told me because unlike Block B, Block A don't have free MOT so kukuland give cash back and aircond. |

Went to sales gallery the other day, the Guocoland staff told me VP would probably be in June 2023 for Block Audrey and Bruce
