I asked one of the sales staff from L&G regarding this, but he said there are no plans to build a third phase next to Seresta.
Dunno if can trust his word for it haha. |

According to my SA, looks like phase3 and 4 will be at the end of the road. It's along but it's not beside. It's nearer to the Foresthill Damansara.
But it's not confirmed. What confirmed is the Land beside current StarGrocer might have 1 upcoming high-rise soon |
