Last year? Under the law its 36 months for high rise from your booking. Then have to take into account covid act etc.

However bsd is weird. My friend's address in bsd is KL. Lol.

SD 1-6 address is damn weird. 52200 Kuala Lumpur , Selangor.

It is "KL" only on paper, end of the day - the local council is MBPJ and the land office is PTG Selangor.

Ada "KL" sounds more harum kan If in doubt, use Google maps! BSD is truly OUTSIDE of the KL border (officially recognized by the govt bodies - such as JPN), and as per JPN, falls under Selangor.



In Short - The words "Kuala Lumpur" is for Display Only.

I was told that we could get a 2years waive on the maintenance fees upon VP. and I went to collect my original SPA copy today. There was no clause or terms stating something like this. Is this normal? Or the 2years waiving thing does not even exist in the first place?

p/s : I signed my SPA last year September 2022.
