The construction work till late night

Anyone heard about the massive sink hole that appeared weeks ago in front of Airie just 100m down the road from the Foresta and Seresta site. The news indicate that this already forced to he closure of the road. Any one has kept track about incidences of rock falls, sink holes or landslides, even minor ones around this area? The only major incident I can find is a rockfall that closed off the Penchala links years ago, and that's on the other side of LDP. Is there any scheme tracking the soil and stability conditions at Foresta? or is there a emergency response plan in place ICE?
