pay a visit to Foresta esp. the poolside and you will know how bad is this contractor's workmanship. Tiles started to loosen out after VPed less than 5years.
the so-called 3years DLP offered in Seresta is a gimmick as L&G knew that the poor quality of the finishes delivery in Foresta.
you know la, if you complain the contractor might just as their sub-sub-contractor to come to "cincai" repair.
then it breaks again and they "cincai" repair and the cycle repeat until DLP is gone. What's the point to have 3years or 5years DLP?
to me, if you are a reputable developer, you should try your best to repair all these finishes defects regardless the DLP. We are not talking about consumables, we are talking about those things that should be done right in the very first place.
