Is it worth to buy compared to South Brooks in desa parkcity?

Almost the same like Foresta, now around 700k - 750k, you can get 1400++ sqft or this one more high class than Foresta?
Maybe Foresta can get cheaper as there is even auction for Foresta unit before. |
