Around 900k mate after so called rebates. I know sub sales will probably be better options but not prepared to empty up my epf account 2. 4 +1 rooms & 4 bath for 2400sqft.

Thanks mate for reminding me. Some life experience made me thought otherwise. My parents was judged because of the house we use to live in few years ago. You are absolutely right about perceived happiness vs actual happiness.

Maple Residence 22x85 is not cheap bro. Before I got myself a unit in JOG, I went there and those unit is more than 800k price tag. After considering freebies,discounts and rebates, I settled for JOG as pricing wise is almost within the same range as in Maple Residence.
I went few places in Cyberjaya too in the end settle for maple. Not cheap for sure but don’t think many new landed developments below a million in this area. Sub sales to be an exception off course.
