Actually if i remember correctly, the LRT at the morning is packed like Sardin, no one take it into consideration? Or LRT is never an factor for buying this property? (800m distance) haha...

Yes many many board at Wangsa Maju station. During peak hour, gonna be sardin full when reach Sri Rampai station. Yet to have full occupancy at Hamilton/Residensi Wangsamas and Wangsa 9.
Quite normal for it to be packed during peak hours, especially when going to and from work. I recall a friend of mine staying at Main Place also faced this when he boards at the USJ21 station even at 7am. Had to stand all the way to KLCC where he works. I'm also an LRT user and face this whenever I board it from KL Sentral to Taman Paramount on some days for dinner.
But for me, if the 1st train that arrives is really packed, I'll just wait for the next train in 3 mins time to arrive to board it as that's the fastest frequency during peak hours.

Yep.. LRT is shitty nowadays.. always faulty.. and pack like sardin..
800m is too far.. consider the area surrounding by low cost flats.. very not safe.. If I'm not mistaken, the area also is the area where the famous children kidnapping case happened before, "Nurin"...
Singapore's MRT also faced breakdowns as well in the below articles:
1)
Rolling stock to laughing stock: Why is Singapore’s metro struggling, when Hong Kong’s is a hit?2)
MRT disruption: Track fault the causeBut so far it's running fine when I was there last December.
As for Nurin's case, I recall reading about it a long time ago, but can't remember the details. Managed to dig it up and found an old the Star article dating back to 2007
when the case was still hot at that time.

Nurin Jazlin, a Year Two pupil of Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Desa Setapak, went missing on Aug 20 when she went to the night market near her house by herself.
Her badly bruised body was found stuffed in a sports bag in Jalan PJS1/48 in Petaling Jaya on Sept 17.
The post-mortem revealed she had been sexually assaulted with a cucumber and brinjal.
Really sad and unfortunate. A stark reminder that young children should be accompanied by a guardian(s) or parent(s) when going out to public places.
