Hahaha yes. No LRT nearby complain, LRT with 1KM distance say too hot too far to walk, now LRT packed also can be a reason to complain. But stuck in jam for 1 hour to work and pay parking of rm10 per day is okay.

Everything went pretty smooth for me. Managed to secure a unit in Tower A based on old cheaper package price and with HOC exemption (according to sales agent, HOC exemption is valid till end of year and there is no announcement from government if they are still absorbing the cost next year).

For the latter part, they'll complain that public transit sucks and connectivity sucks, hence have to drive to the nearest one, pay to park there and pay again to go to work and back. Makes you wonder why they themselves or their parents (assuming that they're still living with them) chose to stay far away from the nearest public transit station.

Yep, the one thing that we are on par with Singaporeans is complaining about every single thing. laugh.gif

I don't why people call this LRT condo.. It's very far to walk, and very very unsafe..

If say can walk.. then KLCC also walkable from anywhere in KL, just matter of time..

Was considering between Sunway Avila and Henna Residence. Any sifus here can enlighten on which one is better? I am buying for own stay only....

My primary concern:
1. Price
2. Density
3. Developer reputation
4. Maintenance fee
