Makes you wonder why they themselves or their parents (assuming that they're still living with them) chose to stay far away from the nearest public transit station. Yep, the one thing that we are on par with Singaporeans is complaining about every single thing.  |

Was considering between Sunway Avila and Henna Residence. Any sifus here can enlighten on which one is better? I am buying for own stay only....
My primary concern:
1. Price
2. Density
3. Developer reputation
4. Maintenance fee
