Hi there. Newbie here to property. I heard from agent the estimation completion date is 2nd half of 2023, but given Sunway track record in their properties, most of their project will be completed within 1 year earlier. (Meaning 2nd half of 2022?). I couldn't find much information to verify this. Any sifus can provide their opinion on this?

Ahh, that’s too bad sad.gif Hope there will be one created soon for both tower A and B buyers.

I actually joined the Quartz telegram group (seem open to everyone as long as have invitation link), can actually learn a lot knowledge there as they are quite active in the group sharing news, updates and general stuff ie. questions about loan calculation etc.

Hi Avila owners, for those that bought their unit around end of last year, does anyone already know their HOC eligibility status? (Whether approved or not). I have waited for more than a month but still no news on it yet, so I wonder is anyone facing the same?

Yes, I did contact the SA and developer lawyer on this many times until now, but still the same.

Previously SA mention that developer has promised those who sign SPA before 24 dec will entitle to HOC. But until now there is no news of the status, just keep saying developer side is very busy these few months. And because of HOC status unknown, the bank could not disburse the 1st payment to developer.

That’s my package. No update on the trip redemption yet. SA mention previously it will only take effect after bank disburse money.

Have you joined? The group owner is a SA though so not very sure
