I double check with other SA, he said who said that, and as he not sure, but as he  known the shoplot will be sold and no tenant.

That was one of the main reasons it turned me off. Now SA say Sunway manage pula? So which is which?

Might as well you ask them to confirm with their manager first for more details. From what I've seen of Sunway GeoAvenue's shoplots, it looks like a mixture of Sunway managed units and privately owned ones where the latter have the 'For Rent' stickers pasted on the glass.

Going to tiao my SA now. But this is Sunway. I doubt they will simply let 3 different mamaks buy their units right?
