I'm impressed by the workmanship of the bathroom. And surprisingly Sunway even provides shower screen with glass door for Avila hands.gif

I am puzzled with the provision of sliding door at living to a scupper drain ledge. With such being accessible, you need the railings. Why ar?

I believe this is called a Juliet balcony. It’s barely a balcony but gives you a connection to the outside.

Having really high corridor walls is a good solution to a lot of privacy concerns. Wish more developers will do this rather than keep at 5 feet mark.

I would appreciate a lanai instead of a juliet balcony for the cost in sliding door and railings provision

Am not in favour of corridor wall height above chest level. Privacy screen onto the parapet wall at the yard area would be a better option

Quite cantik indeed. But the sky facilities too simple, other than that, looking good.

Actually this Juliet balcony is quite dangerous now that I think of it with errant toddlers and pets flinging themselves to their demise.

I don’t know if potential property buyers ever have “Final Destination” type visions where a bunch of stuff happens and some awkward tragedy ensues.

Annoying because it’s not cheap to put in these rails + sliding door then the owner most likely has to pay extra to put in invisible rail which isn’t cheap.

Just my own thoughts, but I think the chances of things going wrong for these type of Juliet/French balcony is higher than that of a normal balcony. This is because the railing is immediately right there, once the sliding door is opened up, unlike a normal balcony. Also, likely hood of having nearby furniture which kids/children can mobilize within that area (living room) to the railing, is quite high, unlike a normal balcony, which would not have such furniture. Foot stool especially or sometimes, kids chairs.
