Rider can see how fast a driver accepts. So maybe some riders get pissed off by slow acceptance and complain to Grab.

maybe that and a combination of price increase in the rider fares make them bad mood.... I noticed the fares increase a bit recently like maybe 10 to 20 percent.
still that is no reason to suspend, otherwise why give 15 seconds to accept? this story is a legitimate one to bring up to management next time driver Meetup.

the answer seems yes.

nowadays whenever I see Waze more then 3-4 mins I always send chat message "ETA 5 mins or ten mins etc". 80 to 90%are ok, especially if peak hour they understand. most who cannot wait will cancel. those that send rushing or "why you so slow" kind of messages...

I think my question were not stupid ( for me ) because if we cant see the price of toll at screen and we need to pass the toll , after that we cant know what the toll price , what to do from your experience? ( i think quite alot of toll screen were spoiled 5%?)

yes i am newbie thats why i ask alot question , and i am more careful person and it was an big investment for me thus i ask alot , if i dont ask here and simply go and drive and do stupid thing when driving was not my style of doing thing ( forex trader - i need more info to predict percentage ), ya there was alot of info on the guiding course and website but they were not complete and thing were not plain as stated sometime, quite good to know info here example grab office were trying to game driver haha.

After one year being grab kuli (part timer oni) as incentive player (abamsado), i found the new system is designed to make it harder for incentive player to score with the incentives. Gonna be flexi from now on.
