wonder if next week i failed to fulfill AR/CR/DR requirement for few days. Am I still automatically opt in HG the next week?

Really hate when this happens. I did not switch on the grab app. Pretty sure did not accidentally turned it on bcoz there was screenlock.

Before I realised it, the big black paddlelock appear on the screen. And there goes my AR.

This happened like 2-3 times in a month

this is my 4th week of driving Grab as a driver. I guess i am gonna quit soon. reasons being  :

1st, not easy to get the full incentives, most times have to wait for the riders ( minimum 5 mins to 10 or even 15 mins ) .....just say 1 rider takes 5 mins for us to wait. 4 riders will take 20 mins.....u guys think we can still get the full incentives??
(If you already completed 2 $4 short trips and still have 30 minutes time, then the next ping come in is $3, you will start worry damn have to work one more free trip for grab later.)

2nd,during peak hours many cancellations done by riders ( cos they cant or dont wanna wait from 5 to 15mins ). if these riders 'suka-suka' cancel it and put it as request by the driver....how are we supposed to know? dont forget the so-called cancellation rate is not LIVE one!
(Off the availability button once pickup, when about 2 mins to reach destination turn it on again, incentive still count)

I might be able to attend the teh tarik session by Grab tomorrow, i hope some readers or drivers. please voice out to Grab.......THEY MUST IMPOSE PENALTIES on rider no show, and late....dont forget TIME IS MONEY for all of us!

p/s next week onwards with the fantastic incentive structure - the more you drive, the more you are worried! mark my words for it

Last time when face problematic rider, i straight cancel to save my rating, with that daily reset, either your rating drop or CR up.

What a bad day a cheapcake use grapshare in ss15 to Tropicana , 14 km RM12 since he ask me to avoid toll end up 20minutes trip become 22km and 35 minutes , why the fuck grab calculate the fare with shortest distance but allow rider to not using toll , grab share is serious stupid

Btw got one idiot use RM6 promo code from sungai Wang to klcc and still using grabshare I was like WTF so suka share with other PPL , grab gIve you promo u still jimat for fuck meh

perhaps it is time Grab disallow people who using GS to use promo code. reserve it for full fare customers please.

I don't know why you guys face this kind of customers so much. I never kena before . And even if kena do the logical thing first lo, use waze to show them which way is faster, politely tell them that you also cari makan based on time. Pretty sure they will be alright after you nicely explain. Find a win win situation la. Don't do and then not happy. All this is life skills.

part timer? I admit next week the days of going out to drive for two hours is over... I mostly drive at least 4 hours each time anyway. in your case...work 1.5 hr more during the off peak can easily accept another 6 jobs and complete, pray you not suey get a no show.

Ive a rider today who used the newtograb promo..she is a frequent user of grab but she said she login using new email same number can use the promo again

I wonder if rider account suspended then change email with same number also can use again huh

I will go do a flexi mode in the evenings if morning screw up ar.

My view is that hg is a safety net in case lack of high fare trips.

Today Grab game me kaw kaw. After 3 trips during 12pm, straight 3 high fares. All ignored. Then after another 3 trips at 1pm, come in another 3 high fares. Ignored again... Still managed to get 4/5/5 from 12-2pm. AR now at 87%...

Today total ignore 13 cancel 5...

Today fetch a lady..at UP....rm10 ride with promo code ...Abit regret coz the jam cause me about 1 hour on Friday some more and burn my UP slot..while I endure heavy traffic, she sleep like pig in the car....damn

this happened to me also last Monday morning during the MP...$13 job but don't want to take toll... ended up missed an entire hour block because of her... she sat in front snoring all the way... then wake up keep asking can reach before 9am or not, still jam ahhh..bla bla...
most will give a small tip if so jam but she didn't even bother.

these modded apps work by switching your jobs with those using the modded apps... hence you can be already accepted ping.. suddenly your app show job different ping...kena sabo
hence the drivers SHOULD be banned... they are affecting honest drivers. imagine if daily refresh ur AR go down at 11 pm because of this.... sure vomit blood.
