Usually i immediately get notification that RMxx deducted from my card. But this time i didnt receive. Is it the driver very blur that he didn't press something in his driver app or what?

my very first time this happened.. was when I sent Rider to airport for the first time... when he step down from car... I was like "uh.. sir the fare is..." then he said grabpay then only I noticed the blue grabpay icon... felt malu 😣😳

on the other hand many times riders think they selected grabpay and want to leave before paying.. until I remind them it's selected as cash job.. then only they are like "oh dang I thought I selected credit card".

then get banned/suspended and/or incentives forfeited when they double check your GPS/location where you cancelled was very far from pickup....

this is a concern, and something to feedback to grab. hopefully they can accept this kind of reason (they said IN General only cancel for no show) but I think if we call to inform customer first then it should be okay. problem will be those customer who die die want you to go there also... in which case they also cannot 1*you if you tell them about the heavy traffic. most people understanding one.... hopefully won't meet the cb riders too often.

Just do remark say customer cancelled without notification, it is a good way to cheat AR

Im a new grab driver and im wondering if anyone could help me explain how the hourly guarantees work. Are they additional incentives ON TOP OF your fares or is it that if you are unable to get a certain amount according to the hourly guarantee they will help you top up? I just got my payout for driving 10 hours on the 30th September and I only received RM 30 so i dont understand how it works.

I drove well above 4 customers per hour for most of the day and was online from  1pm-11pm with no breaks except to go toilet now and then ..

incentive drivers will not take klia trips.
the one who took that last weekend is a greatly calculated move.

accepted the ping 30 mins into the block HP. already completed rm15 trip before that.
check time required 45 mins. pickup dropoff settle 30 mins into the following block also UP. the next thing to do is to rush to cyberjaya. when reach cyberjaya, only left 10 mins to hope for a ping. and you calculate yourself, that ping is worth how much?

cyberjaya is now a leisure drive. too many drivers around. it is like driving incentive before this. can even stop and smoke and relax. still able to complete 3 trips per block there.

the app shows I had ZERO qualified rides for that hour (I had 3, also yesterday in app also showed 3).

Also daily refresh not working LOL....7am still show as AR 100% CR 5.9% from yesterday gg

I had 5.7km to pickup point from Yayasan Selangor Building, Rider said will be waiting for my arrival but cancelled when almost there. It could be system allocated wrongly as I’m nearest to drop off point 😡
Frequency is high today for such error.

it is Daily Refresh, not Daily Reset

based on LAST 100 TRIPS (if mon 30, tues 30, wed 30, thursday 30, friday refresh raing would even look back to mon, always remember 100 trips). like shadow keep following u.

so got ppl post why today rating seems no change, of course lah it based on history 100 trips and show u latest result in daily basis rather than weekly

In case anyone yet to notice, you can check your daily DR inside the incentive tab (under qualification critetria). It is updated everytime you accept/ ignore your trip. For example, right now my AR shown in the app is 92% while in incentive tab my AR is 90%. So you dont have to calculate your AR.

easy ma... every job you ignore you need to 'owe' 4 acceptance... since 80% is a nice  whole fraction (4/5),you can estimate how many bullets you have quickly.. say you accepted 10 pings no ignore... the next multiple of 5 will be 15... means if you ignore the next 3 jobs you need to accept two jobs to get to 12/15=80%.

No la... now its normal top up on wednesday.
