that is RM5k and above, how about the rest? BNM needs all user data available, not some or part. for example, prepaid phone card. for those who are old enuff, prepaid card doesnt require a copy of your IC.. walk in, pay and get the card... government wants all data available when needed, IC number, name and bank account number is not enough in the eyes of BNM. believe it or not, im just sharing my experience.

binance does not offer withdrawal to MYR. Try coinhako or remitano

hmmm i find that hard to believe since they are an established exchange. i can except if the delay is due to the blockchain...but the transfer is still stuck on Luno's side, not even on the network yet.I dont know what is happening

i have register, and need submit documents first. The rates is very bad compare to luno.

i hav reg coinhako n did they KYC verification and account got approved. did not do any withdrawal yet. cant advise further. but if u read back, some forumer able to cash out MYR tru coinhako,

This case is same with coinbank whereby mbb closed their account few years ago.

I believe luno closed the account and move to other bank.

Maybank doesn't want to risk themselves to provide this service and get fined by BNM if found guilty.

no all exchange has problem. I just deposit to coinhako, buy eth and transfer to binance(complete in less than 15min). Think luno has problem as just now my friend tried to transfer eth out (still pending).

Thats because binance wallet got some maintenance. Not because of Luno. Just wait till binance reopen then it will be fine.
