coinhako. been trying to phone verification since 3 days ago.

no kiddinng leh.. coinhako can withdraw to malaysia bank ?

I need some help  .
Transferred ethereum from luno (about RM1621) to coinhako as wanted to withdraw to malaysian ringgit since luno unable to withdraw.
In coinhako, when I clicked on withdraw, it shows 'insufficient account balance'.
Would anyone know what's the cause?
There's no charge for receiving ethereum into coinhako. But i can't seem to sell ethereum off for the funds to appear in coinhako's wallet in order to withdraw out in RM to Maybank. 
My questions have not been answered by coinhako as they may be swamped.
Or are we unable to withdraw RM from coinhako as well??

Apparently there is limit for personal saving account transaction. They asked about Luno, Bitcoin, dividend, why transfer in and possibly of account will be flagged. They also cross check my background, occupation and where live.
