Ok something strange just happened. My transaction went from processing to 'pending,' hence now i have a chance to cancel it. Should i just bail and go remitano?

Anyone else checked their transaction status lately?
*
you can cancel it anytime the money will be return back to your wallets, but i not sure for 4 or more digits, mine only 3 digit hehehehe

Damn, the coinhako's bitcoin sending fee is 0.002 which is RM120+

and they just spent Fees 0.00070617 BTC
Fee per byte 173.933 sat/B
Fee per weight unit 81.922 sat/WU

for the fee.... so they keep the balance of 0.002-0.0007

Good job!!!

Boycot them!!!

mine always in "processing"

no way to cancel...

what is the exact time it shows pending? maybe there is window of change from processing to pending and to processing again.

If i'm not mistaken only pending transactions can be cancelled. Those with the 'processing' status can't.

Just noticed it automatically changing to 'pending' this morning. It's remained that way ever since. Strange. Requested for withdrawal on the 12th by the way. It's been ages.

Luno remains unable to process MYR deposits and withdrawals due to issues with Maybank.
We remain in constant talks with the relevant authorities, but we estimate that it will take a few weeks now to resolve the matter. This is due to the fact that we hit the holiday season and many officials were unavailable for a discussion.

Rest assured, our team is actively working on the situation and this remains our highest priority in the company at the moment. We apologize for this frustrating delay.

In the meantime, our customers are welcome to cancel their pending withdrawals. The funds will be returned to your Luno wallets, enabling you to buy BTC or ETH if you choose to do so.
Just visit https://www.luno.com/wallet/transactions , select the pending withdrawal at the top of the page, click on it and then choose the "stop" button in the transaction details.

I'm truly frustrated with the way Luno handled this issue irresponsibly. But somehow I'm not surprised on their inefficiency partly due to Maybank executives are on holiday mood right now. Malaysian culture much eh?

Just an excuse to blame the holiday session.

I don't believe only one officer is available to discuss. There must have others to meet and discuss if someone is not available.

This is berhad not sole proprietor that only 1 person is working.

I thought CIMB just does interbank transfer to their Maybank account anyway.
