Does the pending withdrawal will be back to Luno account if we just cancel it.

I believe his meant to be they keep on delaying the issue because they can't reach the settlement with Maybank or BNM.

Luno should be banned because they are cheating customers.

I have a RM45,000 pending bank withdrawal since last Friday and I couldn't even cancel it.
It is stuck as processing and Luno is giving me standard reply 'we are working to get it solved'

This is frustrating.

So anyway i was digging through FB and found this comment from one of the luno malaysia pages. Not sure how true it is,but i guess at least it paints a slighty clearer picture as to what's apparently going on:-

"baru dapat info semalam. Isu luno dan maybank dah selasai. Tunggu luno announce dlm minggu ni.  semua ok, back to normal. but need to fill an additional forms. what kind of forms I dont know."

Make of that what u will,but at least it's something i guess. Not as bad as i feared,in some ways.

we really need to push Luno to use segwit, the fees of sending out to external wallet is crazy high

What are the fees look like? Does it by percentage or a fix figures transfer out from Coinbase and receive in Luno.

Ok something strange just happened. My transaction went from processing to 'pending,' hence now i have a chance to cancel it. Should i just bail and go remitano?

Anyone else checked their transaction status lately?

Just noticed it automatically changing to 'pending' this morning. It's remained that way ever since. Strange. Requested for withdrawal on the 12th by the way. It's been ages.

Is anyone can do it ? I tried many time but could not find the 'stop' button ?

oh, get bitcoin/ETH, and go to your Binance account -> Fund -> Find the COIN (BTC/ETH or etc) click deposit -> get the address (must be accurate) and paste it to whichever exchange you got your BTC/ETH/COINS from send them over to Binance. Each coin has different addresses. Becareful ya!

What’s worse is that they never take responsibility for our data privacy. Like all the Malaysians data was leaked in a telco hack in October, they just conveniently swept it under the rug. Malaysians should scream for legal charges and compensation.

This makes little sense. You don’t buy into a higher market to cash out, if you are doing that you don’t have a clue what is happening.
If you have RM100k in luno today you should leave it alone until they fix the withdrawal. You would be a fool to purchase anything with Luno exchange price, you should only sell.
If you have BTC in luno today you should move it to another wallet or exchange for safety or for trading.

If luno fixes the issue and the exchange stays higher then you should always use luno to sell and never to buy, ie take advantage of arbatage.

not yet active, but they already confirmed bank account released by IRB.
they are preparing the withdrawal and deposit soon.

Update - We continue to work to resolve this matter as soon as possible. The IRB has now agreed to unfreeze our account while it completes the investigation, and we are working closely with Maybank to have the account operational again.

We’ll send out wider communication via email, in the Luno apps and on social media once we can confirm the status of the bank account.

sorry my crappy english, the word "while", isn't it means that they agreed to unfreeze even during the investigation process? If they unfreeze after investigation, they should have used the term "upon/after", no?
