Just remember guys, don't convert to local currently 1st  - just keep the digital currency as it is - I really hope LUNO can sort out the problem.

btw any thoughts on https://www.coinhako.com/ thanks

I am thinking seriously to transfer some of my bitcoin to coinhako because i can withdraw money from there.also coinhako is a singapore based company.the problem with luno is that they are quite slow in responding to customers queries.like coinhako they promised to respond all queries in one day

Luno had responded about this actually. They said customers can buy, sell, send and receive btc..only deposits and withdrawals are facing problems now

Thanks! My account is stuck for verification in Luno since they are asking for a Malaysian passport and I'm an expat.
*
It is a bit troublesome because it want to protect customers money.for me it is okay..luno is easy but it seems they have some problems like withdrawal, account verification etc

Another thing i fear about luno is the only way to communicate with them is through submitting ticket and the response is very slow

My money also stuck in luno ..i also not sure how to go about it because i have sold the btc..the status now is ' processing '..and no other button like cancell button to press.

Do not know this situation is for how long ..Luno is really bad in term of taking care its depositors

dont think can deposit or withdraw. everyday see luno price keep dropping as people start to sell and move to other exchange. Today i move out from luno (just leave RM20+ btc)
Plus people cannot deposit money, therefore for luno price to go up...dont think it will happen as supply to high & demand too low.

Just move to binance. ping me if you need the referral.
Now i can buy other alt coin (bitcoin cash, eth, dash, ripple, litecoin) - just use eth. Bought this morning on these alt, now already making money compare to luno which no fate. (even i cannot withdraw but at least my eth & btc is safe at other exchange). Wish to hold in luno, but now it is the best to buy when holiday going to end and price sure will climb high...(wishing list)

I transferred all my btc fr luno to coinhako..coinhako is very efficient..the withdrawal also very fast.I gof my money back into my Malaysian bank in 2 hours

I tried Coinhako, like others said, its rate are not very good.
And it needs RM6 to withdraw into fiat.
And registration took a bit of time, because they need your identification documents and photograph, took me at least 30 minutes to take proper photos and 1 day for them to process.
I mined RM80 per Coingecko rates, it became RM47 when it reach my bank account.
*
It better than nothing..luno may give good rate but it is pointless because after selling the btc your withdrawal stuck in their account. I think it happen many times for luno .to me if like that better we go for other exchanges

The issue is if you see the selling price of coinhako, it's way below market price. Why do you wanna sell it there? Just my curiousity unless you are desperate for fiat.
*
I dont desperate for fiat money but I am scare of losing all my capital in luno..so i transfer all my btc to coinhako..i dont like luno anymore because they seems to have many problems and my query not attended by luno as supposed.

Sometimes the query ticket crop up again in luno system seems they responded to my question but actually the original query appears. And my identification not verified until now , where already one month

The conclusion is luno is not efficient at all, no call center also.I am grateful I got my capital from coinhako
