This is due to restrictions from Remitano because it uses a wallet that does not allow you to send your ETH to a contract address.

In cases like this, you have to send the ETH to the native ETH platform such as MyEtherWallet.
Afterwards, you can then send the ETH from MyEtherWallet to your Luno wallet.

If we reverted to using account wallets, then we can't setup multi-signature wallets for ETH. Multi-signature wallets are quite important for the security of your ETH.

How fast you can get your withdrawal if you withdraw to non Ambank?

I tested if to Ambank, it is very fast.. at about 4-5pm I got the money. If non-Maybank, now 9pm i havent got it even though request/cut off is the same.
