Oh not honours as in It cant be use?

Usual complaints i saw is some people doesn’t read description properly and got misunderstood that you actually have to buy minimum amount to get the rm15.

applied voucher, bought rm15 minimum. then luno say not honoring - even worse their CS very cocky and arrogant.

Uhh that is concerning. If you don’t mind, probably can share the screenshot and how the cs treat and replied you.
There is a luno representative here also, he probably can escalate the issue and resolve it

yup, but birds of the same feather flock together. shopee and email representative similar attitude, probably given such training by luno management.

nevertheless, just wait and see the outcome. just over rm1 they wanna be like that. speechless.

I think for the rm15 voucher to be used, you need to load RM15 to your luno account the traditional bank deposit way?

yup, u can only buy from luno after depositing money. u can't buy directly.

So your problem is

A) you deposit rm15 your own money from bank and buy bitcoin and then claim voucher rm 15. So total rm30 at the end.
Or

B) you try to claim the Rm15 voucher, and try to buy the min amount with the voucher. Total rm15.

Let me understand the problem first. Which one is your situation now?

I have done so, but still yet to receive the rm15. was told by luno can't redeem.

How safe is it to keep the btc in luno itself ?

Have u solve the issue? Coz I was thinking of buying from shopee also

existing customer no issue.Tested myself. i heard new customer need to reload/buy an additional 100 before can get the promo that they buy on shopee

Can you tell your management to improve the reporting format that in excel to have each column for btc unit, type (buy or sell), value etc?

The current format is using text to write like buy btc @ 0.05 at RM30,000 and it needs to redesign the columns....

Yup, you are correct. As a new customer you can purchase only one New Customer voucher, and as an Existing Customer you can purchase one voucher.
