I am a senior citizen 75yrs old and I have an interest on anything digital including cryptocurrency Btc.I have contaceted Luno on why I cannot trade crypyo pairs.
The reply by email says,I have to submit KYC documents eg IC,Driving Licence,a self photo holding the identity document with the words "For Luno use only".In fact during the first registration Nov 17 I have done that.

The problem is LUNO doesnt show illustrations on how to do it .Is it 3 separate photos:
1.IC photo
2.Driving Licence photo
3.The hardest part is...Self photo holding identiy documents with words FOR LUNO USE ONLY
How to hold an IC together with written words FOR LUNO USE ONLY.

I HOPE SINCERELY SOMEONE HERE WHO HAS DONE AND SUBMITTED TO ENLIGHTEN THIS PROCEDURE TO ME.

Either one of the docs. U can write in for Luno purposes on a piece of white paper n hold it behind ur IC and selfie.

I have forgotten how I achieved Verification Level 3 in Luno. LOL!

Lol unearthed all my old trading records, apparently I managed to buy high and sell low while paying over 0.03 in fees

because we are suppposed to HODL not cash out lol , what happen to the old bitcoiners.

been holding since 2012, only used it for payments which accepts bitcoin (japan).

Anybody have technical problem with Luno ,regarding trading on exchange
page.Passed 3 days still no credible reply.

I have no problems with Luno at all regarding trading on their exchange.

You have to be patient and wait for them to approve the KYC documents and selfie photo before you can start trading.

Buy btc when at its lowest.The fees doesnt matter.Luno is the best choice,because is approved Digital Exchange,
the only one in Malaysia now.
