Just query on Luno.Anybody knows how many clients registered in Luno in Malaysia.

I wonder why it takes many weeks to activate all clients (old and new)

It's obvious their backend is completely messed up and / or their compliance department is nonexistent.

I think it's slow because they dont want to lose their licence...

I am desperate to contact Luno offtce in K.L but no tel no in their website or facebook.
I am facing problem with my account.It started because of my Google Authentication no do not match with Luno.So I cannot enter Luno page.

Please help me to give me thier phone no or address

You can try this on your Google Authenticator app.

Go to the 3 vertical dots on the top right of your phone screen.

Tap on Settings

Tap on Time Correction For Codes.

Go back to the app.

Try to enter the 6-digit password again

Good Luck!

I just noticed that the Luno Exchange does not support the ETH/MYR currency pair.

That means we cannot sell ETH for MYR directly. sad.gif

None of my business but I hope you're not still using it as some kind of general wallet, that would be rather expensive and troublesome and bad for your own security and privacy.
