luno too less volume imo .
currently still prefer buying/selling on remitano .

just avoid new buyer/seller then you are fine.

uhmm okay, listen here young ones hahahaha.

in the beginning of bitcoin, the goal is to make a P2P payment system using blockchain technology
to replace the centralized banking system that we have right now.

bottomline, we are straying far away from the bitcoin's goal and purpose.

Aaron the Country Manager who attended the SCxSC event last week said that the onboarding of new users will be available in the next 2 weeks.

Right now, old users (pre 2017) can login, deposit and trade now.

Shit system... apparently their system has issue if one deposit same amount of money within 24 hours on separate transaction.
They only credited my first deposit but second deposit that were made on Monday is still not credited. Have been asking CS several times but they still cannot answer me clearly!

They cannot / should not register new users until theyve upgraded all their old users...some people still cant trade because they havent upgraded their KYC status...

If you are trying to trade and it says currency pair not enabled, it is because you need to accept their new risk warning. You cannot accept their new risk warning until they upgraded your old account.

Out of all the things they could have not done while waiting to be registered by the commission, this was yet another thing. Obviously it tells you they are either incompetent or that they didnt believe they had a future...so why upgrade old accounts

Just to update fellow investors who investing with LUNO.
Apparently they are still working on my “case”.
It’s been 5 days now since I deposited money to LUNO however it is not credited to my account

I have tested MYR deposit and withdrawal. They are working fine. No problems.

Anyone traded their BTC/MYR pair yet? How is it?

Are you sure old users can deposit and trade. I registered Nov 18 with full KYC but the reply from Luno is "The currency pair is not available for you" when I tried to trade.
So yesterday I tried to locate their office in Jln Raja Chulan Mas building.Surprised Mas building is under renovation bought by PNB

So anybody here knows their office.I want to enquire about my problem

There was an updated Risk Warning issued on October 17th. You have to accept it to have full functionality.

The problem is, not everyone got the update Risk Warning. They need to "update/upgrade" your account. No time lines on how long this takes.

Im pulling all my cash out as soon as this happens.
