May be, check your internet speed in your region. As long as there is internet connection Luno will be accessible.
I suggest try connect to Remitano first. If possible, then Luno is also possible.

After monitoring luno for few days, I think they cant beat p2p as

1. Slow in crediting deposits
2. Low volume

can anyone deposit money into luno?

i read from the help page that we need to provide document for verification before sending over the term of use and risk warning to unlock the deposit function.

I'm current in level2, do I need level3 before getting term of use and risk warning?

First time using Luno, transfer RM to their ambank account, the money would be reflected in your wallet which you can use to buy BTC.
Works fine for me

Ok, I say it too soon. After first successful transfer, i did 2nd transfer with same amount of money. Apparently that screw up their system. It’s been more than 36 hours. Luno claimed if you transfer some amount of money within 24 hours the system will not “automatically” allocate it to your wallet. I’m still waiting..

I tried to buy btc with myr in the exchange page, but Luno response was "The currency pair is not available for you".
Likewise the same would happen,if I sell Btc to get myr.
Can Mr Marcus Swaneppel help me to solve the problem.

for those who are not fully verified , malaysia got more requirements imposed to luno.

such as , IC , address etc.. so basically to track who is buying and owns bitcoin from luno.

and to add, LUNO is required to provide these data if requested by Malaysia government,

imagine later they track and tax you sweat.gif
