Ok, I say it too soon. After first successful transfer, i did 2nd transfer with same amount of money. Apparently that screw up their system. It’s been more than 36 hours. Luno claimed if you transfer some amount of money within 24 hours the system will not “automatically” allocate it to your wallet. I’m still waiting..

Shit system... apparently their system has issue if one deposit same amount of money within 24 hours on separate transaction.
They only credited my first deposit but second deposit that were made on Monday is still not credited. Have been asking CS several times but they still cannot answer me clearly! |

Just to update fellow investors who investing with LUNO.Apparently they are still working on my “case”. It’s been 5 days now since I deposited money to LUNO however it is not credited to my account |

Luno disabled the contact function in their apps? Can’t find it anymore. Deposit money for few hours & still not reflected in walleg
