Guys, I just receive sms from TM yesterday on unifi upgrade from 30 to 50mbps in Senawang area. Already turn off modem several time as suggested by TM but the speed still not upgraded yet today. Could anyone assist me on this issue? Thank you.[attachmentid=9211638][attachmentid=9211638]

Should I pay the installer for the installation? I googled but some say need some say don’t need.

I payed 0 cent to them, any additional charges if there are some goes into next TM bill and not into installers hand.

Anyone got prob with wifi using samsung devices? Mine seems hard to get a good wifi connection. I mean it connected to the internet but the connection is somewhat lagging . No prob with pc or iphone

Hi Guys,  has any of u facing these issue when using unifi:
1. unable to connect to maybank2u app via phone, need to switch to data/4g then only can access.
2. unable to access to linkedin (intermittent), plus few other apps, solution is to switch to data/4g.

current DNS setting is using google dns. should i stick to unifi dns 202.188.18.188,
OR is it just me having this issue..

Guys... my unifi just upgraded from 30mbps to 50mbps.. ever since the upgrade, the speed has been fluctuating... one minute it can be at 50mbps... the next minute it drops to below 1mbps and the cycle keeeps on going.... anyone having the same isssue ?

After MCMC complain yesterday and lots of complain to TM, finally get the 50Mbps free upgrade 😎

unfortunately that's the only speed I got after the upgrade, right now it remains in between 50 to 60MBps

Now i feel like i dont want the free 100mbps upgrade for my 50mbps plan

So, it appears that the old customer service portal at mytm.tm.com.my iw no more, and that we are required to create a new account at unifi.com.my. Problem is, I can't seem to access the page - the site times out on Chrome, Opera, and Firefox. TM Help wasn't very helpful, suggesting that the problem is on my end. Anyone able to (or not able to) access unifi.com.my?

I definitely late payment for a week before without suspension. Tighten already?

anyone here noticed that this morning.  unifi cannot access many oversea sites.    my currently on unifi biz.    yesterday can access US website.  today takes so long to load and  some cannot load .

Want to ask, if need to change IP, just restart the router only or both router & onu?
