He was paying RM 179 for 30Mbps and free upgrade to 50Mbps and now he mentioned that his 100Mbps is also RM 179 only.

Well, TM package is ever confusing so... 

Actually the bill is not confusing if you can derive out:

1) The billing period (from which date to which date, can refer to statement)
2) Your upgrade date
3) If your upgrade was done before the bill is out. If yes, then it is old pricing and adjustment will be done in next bill.

That's all and all mysteries will be solved.

From Pending become processing. After reboot both BTU and router, my throughput DL become 100 on 1st second and UL become 50, but wont remain after that.lol.

today telekom contractor upgrade my UniFi to 100Mbps, relace same BTU lol, give me exactly same model, he said same but is new, better replace with new unit haha

It depend on the surrounding plus your device.Iphone wifi quite robust and strong when compare to other.2.4Ghz for some device cannot hit 100mbps and might need to do some setting in router for the bandwidth .My fren macbook can achieve 100mbps on 2.4Ghz while my phone only achieve 50mbps .so I just connect to 5Ghz to get the max speed.

i tested with few devices via 2.4Ghz connection and below is the speedtest result.
iPhone - download speed around 50Mbps, upload speed around 50Mbps
Lenovo Laptop - download speed around 100Mbps, upload speed around 50Mbps
HP Laptop - download speed around 50Mbps, upload speed around 50Mbps

is it because of the devices or the router setting?

my dashboard just got updated. They gave me jumbo and ruby?? previously 129 was jumbo lite. Now showing both jumbo and ruby (promo). Promo discount 120, perpetual like yours. No free 1 month unlike yours but should be getting cashback from shopback as i applied there.

Around 140. I applied for the unifi 10 lite from there in October and recently upgraded to 139 bonanza. Not sure whether the upgrade will affect the cashback or not though.

But that ping?!? High ping usually indicates interference but that shouldn't be at 5GHz. What wifi router?

Model of the router? Your location and the location of the Speedtest server? 60+ is really high unless you're physically far away from the server.

What's the max speed you could get on 2.4Ghz?

Got mine upgraded finally yesterday..no need to change equipment..first called on 19th

But..i can never reach 100mbps under speedtest..fastesf is 97mbps with ping lower than 10ms..im using archer ac1200

My desktop inside bedroom with pcie wifi 5ghz even slower..around 80 only with ping still lower than 10ms

Mine is always around 50 and no more, when using a smart phone,
and 80-100 using a laptop.
You could get a USB to Ethernet port adapter, but that means leceh again because you need to buy one.

Excellent 3-7ms ping for smartphone
but 6-30+ ms for notebook
for my 2.4Ghz.

To reduce ping at your end, you could try reduce the number of connected devices, number of active apps/websites accessing the web and connect to local servers (which I believe we all do normally). Other options, to get TM to reset port or reconfigure their provisioning.

which state you staying ?

Just received an SMS saying the my order is completed. I think this is for my TM report for errors in the portal dashboard that didn't reflect the correct discount for the RM10 promo. Strangely, the report is still open but the order (with a different id) is completed. I am sure this is a different order since my upgrade order was completed days ago.

So this is the latest info on my dasbboard. Is this consistent with you all, who had the same upgrade (Jumbo+100Mbps+free calls)?

my router is ac68u and using iPhone X.
My 2.4GHz WiFi max i could get is around 60Mbps only
No issue for 5GHz WiFi stable at 100++ Mbps.

note: I use Auto setting for WiFi. No other Wifi around my house. Only mine.

why tis sms got mention can get jumbo pack for 1 year
