Who knows what they are up to. I am just guessing here...
The current RM129 is for 10M. The promo RM99 is also for 10M but limited to 2 years.

Maybe the current RM129 will be upgraded to 20M over the next year. So there will be a difference already. In 2 years, the RM99 will go back to RM129 and may also be at 20M at that time. Because they said that eventually over the next 1-2 years, the average speed should be 20M.

This is similar to the 30M to 50M upgrade earlier this year. I think eventually all 30M will be upgraded to 50M over the next 1-2 years. If not the price of RM179 package and RM129 package has too little difference. They also need to adjust prices if there is new 200M and 500M packages later.

So I think over the next 1-2 years, it wil be something like 20M, 50M, 100M, 200M, 500M packages.

There are two solutions:
1)The easiest

2) Set static IP instead of 'Obtain IP address automatically' at your devices.

Can't wait for free upgrade again next year.

On topic : Using repeater hurts my speed so much.   The worst is my house is using 3 phase power. Unless there is a better solution.    
TV, BTU, router and TM STB is being used downstairs. I'm currently using other router as repeater and connect it to my desktop.

Let TM 10Mbps to TIME 100Mpbs.
TM offered to waive RM30. Too late for TM.

I think you misunderstand, what I mean is can I login with my account at my parent place and get 100Mbps speed?

Recently just got the free upgrade from 30 to 50.

It is possible to downgrade back to UniFi Advance 30Mbps - Bonanza Campaign since its cheaper?

the 2 year contract is to secure you cannot terminate.  if you want terminate it.  u need to pay that penalty. 

normally upgrade dont affect the contract.   

we are give them more money to earn.  who dont want more money ?  LOL

Mine is Unifi Advance 30Mbps @ RM179( + RM20 hypptv) = RM199 for two years already. Recently received free upgrade to 50Mbps (with upload speed increase 20Mbps). And yea no free calls.

For those sitting on the fence. RM189 100mbps is only RM40 more than TIME's and comes with so many value added features like HyppTV Jumbo pack, free calls to mobile, Viu, BBC Player and what not. I say Go For It.

I went to the nearest TM Point, they stated you need to receive the SMS to prove that you're valid to the offer so I talked nicely with the girl, she checked my account & found out is available to upgrade.

Previously 30 Mbps (Free upgrade 50 Mbps) + Ruby = RM 189.75 included GST.

Now 100 Mbps + Jumbo Pack + 600 min free call = RM 189.00 excluded GST.

My bro GF house doesn't have Hypptv which pay less than mine.

I also confused on this.some after upgrade got free call and
Some don't. Hope someone can provide some info on this free call for RM10 upgrade.

I never thought of it in such complicated way. I only made sure I asked a very direct question, “Will the monthly charge still be RM189 after the 2 years contract ended?” and the CS I spoke through on the phone said yes as long as Jumbo pack or STD20 is not removed/cancelled.

Yes, that's why I wanna see the screenshot of perpetual discount of RM 200.
Mine is not yet upgraded, so nothing is reflected in my UniFi account.

Anyway, I called CS and she ensures I will continue having RM 200 discount so long I don't terminate my Jumbo and STD 20 which I won't.

@lyc1982 Weird, why need 7 working days? The operator said within 24 hours or the next day.

I'm still waiting for the upgrade & I've turned the HyppTV on for 24 hours too.

Decided to call 100, to get the details

Some info about the offer:
1. Limited to offered customers (received via text)
[the patern I'm seeing is, if u r using unifi+hyppTV normal pack, they will offer this, If u are already using hyypTV jumbo pack, they WON'T offer this]

2. LIFETIME price of Rm209 exclude gst(for everything)
Breakdown:
A. Internet 100mbps: rm299-200=rm99
B. HYYP TV JUMBO =rm60
C. HYYP TV VARNAM/ruby/etc(Ur normal package)= rm30
D. STD CALL=rm20

3. T&C : contract renew for another 2 years &  after 2 years you will still pay the same amount But u cannot downgrade any of the packages(unifi or hyyp TV or std call), otherwise void the promo discount.

TM just send me bill..total is unifi RM139+hypptv RM30+6%GST
=RM179, if like that same la without promo also RM179...wtf

I thought the RM139 30Mbps unifi is inclusive with hypptv? The TM point never tell me about the hypptv fees, he just said total is RM139/month
Can i cancel the hypptv? I dont use the hypptv
