RM139 for 30Mb/s with both Jumbo Pack and STD20? Are you sure bro? From what I have read from the members here and even confirmation from TM at 100, RM139 doesn't come with either Jumbo Pack or STD20.

Based on the feedback here, my BTU doesn't require to be changed so rightfully they can do it at anytime.

At the moment, I'm already paying RM149 for 10Mb/s Unifi Lite with STD20 and Ruby Pack. Only got an SMS from TM to upgrade to 30Mb/s and add-on Jumbo Pack (Full) at RM10 while maintaining STD20 and Ruby Pack.

Reporting in 30mbps upgrade from streamyx 8. pay RM1 less.

Where do we get the login for the hyptv everywhere/online?

Went to TMPOINT Taman TUTA JB for clarification on this but CS said all Unifi Lite(with or without std20) upgrades will pay rm139 n get 30mbps+Jumbo+STD20. This will be reflected in the first bill.

Called on Nov 23 around 12 PM to upgrade and received SMS around 4 PM today saying my order has been completed. No email; logged on to UniFi website and saw that my dashboard has been updated to UniFi Advance 30Mbps - RYE 2017. 3 working days only! Can't wait to go home and do a speed test and check out my new Jumbo channels!

Have just got my upgrade from 10mbps unifi lite 10 to 30mps.

but the unifi portal still shows the old package. Is that normal?

From Streamyx 8mbps so for TM is called upgrade eventhough pay less.

ok, my RM10 upgrade from VIP10 (RM129) to UNIFI 30 (RM139) has been completed, called 100 last friday (24/11) morning, gd job TM     
my billing date was on 22/11, so I will only see the new bill + prorated (which already utilized by then) on 22/12?
hopefully next bill on 22/12 will show the correct amount monthly RM139 + less than RM10 prorated adjustment (for 29/11-21/12 usage)

p/s: will request for router change if the next billing comes out with the correct amount, had a faulty DIR-615 sitting in my store room somewhere

unifi 30 + Voice STD 20 free + Jumbo + Ruby = RM169 + RM0 + RM60 + RM30 - RM120 (Promo discount) = RM139

what was your original VIP10 package and how much did you pay?

since I'm paying RM139 without ruby pack, so ideally you got a better package at RM159 as the ruby pack is RM30 (provided you watch la), also maybe your contract will not be renewed?

if so, perhaps you can check with TM whether you can remove the STD20 and get the bill at RM139 provided you don't utilize std20

With the latest promotion, how much is the total package for 50mbps for long time customers?

I was told by tmpoint staff that RM139 Bonanza package will last for 2 years only, after that it will revert back the original price of RM199

Been wanting to upgrade since i started with Unifi VIP5 which was upgraded for free to VIP10 (10mbps)

i might consider paying an additional RM10 (ie, RM149 + 10) to upgrade my current account instead

my contract just finish. before this my plan is unifi advance 30. i just tell the staff that i pay 179 for 30mbps package she just straight away offer me the RYE 2017 for rm139.

i guess they already know that i will complain about the pricing i pay before.
