Just called 100 to upgrade my UniFi Lite 10Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017). Let's see how long will this take.

- UniFi Advance 30Mbps: RM169 - RM120
- Voice 600 min: RM20
- HyppTV Ruby: RM30
- HyppTV Jumbo: RM60
- TOTAL: RM159 pre GST

Contract will be extended for another 2 years. Price will remain the same thereafter provided everything in the package remains the same.

Equipment warranty will be extended for another 1 year. No upgrade of existing equipment unless proven faulty.

P/S: I did not receive the SMS but I told them I received last week.

Its follow the existing package u have.

You pay rm199 because you add rm20 free call at that time.
If you minus the rm20 (free call) monthly only rm179.

And for this promotion you need to add rm10 to your existing package i.e.
if now is rm179 ---> become rm189
if now is rm199---> become rm209

& also for this promotion, they add the jumbo pack & free call to all subscriber (supposed to... thats what the operator tm read to me when i call 100)...

Done upgrade from Unifi Lite 10mbps to 30mbps (add rm10)

My package does not have free voice call.

My Hypptv previously was Jumbo Lite now upgrade with to Jumbo Pack. If I have Aneka previously I might receive Aneka + Jumbo same as other forumers. Damn, I should have stayed with Aneka and not change to Jumbo Lite previously 

And discount is perpetual.

Was thinking if can cancel free calls then can save like RM 10-20 monthly. (Currently paying RM 189 for 30mb)
See how end of the year goes. Will probably downgrade to unifi lite.

Just back from TM point Melaka (Gajah Berang branch). Initially, was told by front counter customer service lady near main door that for existing unifi lite 10mbps, need to add rm20 per month for the 30mbps upgrade then after 24 months, will revert to rm199. Feeling disappointed, was about to leave but after considering my 60cents parking coupon will be wasted, i decided to checkout this lowyat thread and arm myself with more info about the upgrade from fellow forumers. Thanks sifus. Then, decided to proceed to upgrade & take waiting number. When i asked the staff at the service counter about the  rm10 upgrade to 30mbps, she said available & just started this week. For existing unifi lite 10mbps, after upgrade will be rm139 with contract reset to 24 months & after that still rm139 unlike new sign ups which will revert to rm199. Will get 30mbps, existing hypptv package + jumbolite (hypptv everywhere) & hypptv stbox. Rm99 unifi lite also available for uni student age 18-25 years old as mentioned in this forum. so finally i jumped ship oso, add RM10 to upgrade my VIP10 from RM129 to RM139, but it's under RYE 2017
will get STD20 and jumbo pack and was told after 24 months price remains the same

upgrade through 100, so will take 7 working days 

i've call 100 on 17/11 at 12pm. Been informed to get rm200 discount with free call and jumbo pack only at rm189 monthly b4 gst.
existing package 30mbps with free upgrade to 50mbps without free call at rm179 before gst

Today call 100 and live chat since morning ask them to do fast2 since my equipment no need to change 

Immediately after that got sms 'order completed'

later check at portal got different item with what mention earlier

I just upgraded from TM Unifi Lite 10Mbps to UNIFI Advance 30Mbps
the STB setup, TV setup and speed test are all done except that i was told there is NO CORDLESS PHONE given. what the heck? any other user got same case as mine?
its in the package right?

why do we need to redeem point?
isn't part of the Unifi Advance Package anyway?
we are suppose to get new STB and new cordless phone when subscribing Unifi Advance, right?

i see..
now i am arguing with TM customer service by live chat. quite lengthy also.
even in the term n condition got mentioned cordless phone is provided DURING INSTALLATION, not NEW INSTALLATION ONLY.
this is their T&C, not my T&C or my assumption.

if I subscribe Unifi Advance, i should receive TM REWARDS + STB + CORDLESS phone
but now when i upgrade UNIFI ADVANCE, i dont receive any point reward and no cordless phone, but still want to deduct my previous reward point?
it should be given free instead of redeeming points. redeeming points means i have to pay!

before this i am using Unifi Lite 10Mbps, no STB also (rm129)
now is with STB not sure which model 30MBps rm139

2. previous plan, no std20 i.e. no free call (normall price rm199, then i asked them to take out the free call, so my plan only rm179).

Then dont know how come so many brothers here can get such good deals from unifi???

I also went to tm point just now and they cant do anything to give me a good deal.

Tolong la tuan share with me how to talk to them to get a good deal?

Register new and you will get all new equipment with cordless phone.
Those upgrade only get wired phone.

Guys, I went to tm point and just updated to 100mbps + Jumbo pack but no free call  with RM189 before gst.my bro call to 100 today on the RM10 upgrade  and say selected customer only for the upgrade and he got free call, 100mbps plus Jumbo pack same price with me. Hmm.seems like not consistent between tm staff in tm point vs 100.Any way, want to ask u guys why my friend macbook can achieve 100mbps speed while my mobile phone can only achieve 50mbps instead of 100mbps on 2.4Ghz wifi.my router is tplink AC1200.need some advice here.thanks

If that is the case, I should take out my STD20 from Unifi Lite first, only then I will ask for the rm10 upgrade so that I will only pay rm139 for 30mbps+jumbo+std20 instead of rm159

So, did you upgrade/change your plan?
