I am still waiting for my bill dated 16Dec eventhough the amount was already shown in my online account. Pathetic ICT conglomerate which operates like amateurs. Mediocre online accounts n still without apps .

Bill history still shows last month bill dated 11Nov as the lastest downloadable bill.The up-to-date amount has changed from the last bill's amount.

Call 100 n was told latest bill will be available within a week but now already 11 days. How inefficient, n want us to pay ahead and promptly.

Those who upgraded from Unifi Lite to Unifi Advance via RYE2017 and are lucky (including gedebe ) to pay only rm139 for UnifiAdvance30Mbps+Jumbo+Ruby/Aneka/Varnam+STD20, can please show your dashboard and latest bill?

After the RYE2017 RM10 upgrade to Advance 30Mbps+Aneka+JumboPack+Std20, lucky few are paying only RM139 but most paying RM159. U should have gone for the RYE2017 RM10 upgrade to 50Mbps.

A China engineer who is going back to China decided to cancel his Unifi. He returned the modem to TM and gave the HUAWEI EC6108V8 stB to me.
Currently I am using UnifiAdvance with the same Huawei STB connected with Aztech powerplug. Can I add another similar powerplug & use the free stb in another room? Do I need to configure this free stb?
