just done my upgrade. via 100. intially wanted to go to TM point to do tmr, but saw that most had successfully done via 100. decided to do it via 100 for convenience since TM point is always full of ppl with long queue at my side here.

told the CSO that i received the SMS on the RM10 upgrade promo. (I did not receive anything). Upon checking with my account number provided, CSO confirmed that I am eligible for the upgrade. Swee.

CSO put on hold for a while for gathering my info, after that proceeded to the upgrade process. CSO spelled out those T&C etc and i just needed to acknowledge.

Price is RM189 before GST (after RM200 discount). Contract renewed for 2 years. The price will remain the same even after 2 years. Cannot swap package to other package (for example, if now Ruby, cannot switch to others)

equipment wise the RG will get 1 year warranty due to this contract renewal. RG4 is the RG needed for 100Mbps, if one's existing one is not RG4, they will need to switch equipment. their system will detect if one's existing RG is RG4 or not, if not, within one week time, they will come to swap the device. if already on RG4, just need to restart the RG after received the confirmation email of upgrade from TM to get the new speed.

nice. RM10, I got so much extra especially the free calls which I do not have before.

for others i am not sure. but for me, confirmed it remains the same. because i had double, tripple check with the CSO before i commit. i even have the conversation recorded.

really glad that i did not change to 50Mbps RM229 (before GST) before the thank you suprise promo ends.
I submitted the upgrade request at TM point at night time and lucky the next day afternoon i went again they still haven't processed my request and I managed to make a stop.

always good to maintain at the lowest possible plan as possible then wait for TM to counter offer much better than the normal plans that can be found in the market.

with this, i can now save the cost of making calls since now my prepaid mobile line is pay per use.

anyone who did the rm10 upgrade over 100 had received the upgrade already?

Ic. Then I will just wait for it. Since it is already processed with confirmation no. I just wait for the upgrade then.

not in hurry since 50Mbps is sufficient for me as of now.

rm139 for 30mbps+Jumbo+STD20 = cheap.

in tm standard, I think u do not even qualify for the rm10 upgrade.

U called 100 for the upgrade or u went down to TM point ownself?

the rm10 upgrade is really smooth. going to do the same for my parents’ house 50Mbps thank you surprised plan also.

no need to restart wifi router or BTU, auto get upgraded with the new speed.

just called tm 100. my parent house's unifi is also qualified for the same promo.

i almost changed my plan to 50Mbps (RM229 before GST) last year to enjoy the 100Mbps upgrade.
lucky i didn't.

now i can enjoy all these which i do not have it before for merely extra rm10 at RM189 before GST:
particually i love the std20, which i can make free calls to mobile and fixed line since i am using prepaid card for my main mobile line which it is pay per use. now with the 600 mins i can almost pay nothing on the pay per use unless outdoor.

1) Free calls (STD20) - RM20
2) Jumbo Pack - RM30 (on top of existing Ruby Pack)
3) Speed upgrade to 100Mbps - RM50

no. as long as u call from ur tm telephone line it is free no matter it is the traditional copper wire line or the VOIP line from unifi.
