now uploading pictures/videos to facebook become a lot faster.

browsing web speed also feel a quite some difference. tongue.gif

make sure u are using ethernet wired connection for the test and ensure no one is using the network.

service guarantee for speed is 80% of the speed advertised. u can always check with TM though.

no. STD20 includes 600 mins calls to any fixed lines and mobile lines including none TM number. After 600 mins then TM to TM free unlimited calls and other. Alls pay per use.

Maybe 1300 is not included though since it is special number.

I never call, straightway got all discounts in.

called on Sunday. Completed all upgrade including the portal on Wednesday. In between I never need to follow up with TM for anything before it upgraded automatically.

no equipment changed needed for my case.

actually I would prefer not to change also since my wifi router (no longer given for new subscription) works perfectly. boot up till can use less than 30sec time. coverage and stability are also superb. never need to reboot the router at all.

the D brand one to me totally cmi.
the new T brand they give also seems not as good as mine in terms of boot up time etc.

Yes u are the only one who get rm140 discount only. Ur previous plan is rm169 without GST for 50Mbps thank you surprise plan?

Yes u have no extra rm50 discount which we all have too.

not bad. downloading update file for my ps4 can archieve 10MB/s++ using my unifi 100Mbps. tongue.gif

but condo will not have the port availability issue as landed rite? it means anyone can just simply has the Fiber broadband as long as they want to but landed one, the no of ports available per area is always lesser than the no of household at that area.

11am    - Random speedtest on phone and found out speed already upgraded. Hypptv also became Jumbo
1.30pm - Contractor came and just change my router to C1200 with minimal configuration on router only. BTU remain same Huawi hg8240w.
The max DL speed only 95-96mbps after few speedtest via LAN. The contractor said he can't do anything, ask me to call TM complain.

After few rounds of testing on my own, C1200 really unstable so I use back my own Archer C5 which much more better.

But still I can't hit 100mbps via LAN. Is this normal? Can I complain to TM to ask for speed cap increase to 105mbps so I can get 100mbps?

hg8240w only comes with fast ethernet port and not gigabit ethernet port rite?

Seems like the best deal now is from Unifi Lite 10mbps RM129 to the RM139 RYE 2017 package (30mbps + hypptv jumbo pack + std20).

Being on the lowest package for unifi is always the great move because more goodies will come along the way. tongue.gif
